Plan: The Steps Required to Achieve Transformation The success of any transformation project relies on a good plan, a plan that identifies all the activities, risks and timescales and follows a clear path to completion. The planning and design phases of a project will require the customer's input to ensure that Union has a complete understanding of the requirements and then defined work packages will be created and sequenced. Documentation created during the design phase is presented and reviewed with the customer and signed off before the project delivery stage commences. Project artefacts during the delivery phase will include highlight reports, issue and risk logs which are maintained throughout the life cycle of the project.
